WT's autobrake winch has an automatic brake that is activated when you start to crank the boat in. If you release the lever during cranking up, the winch will automatically lock and prevent it from slipping out again. When you crank out, the winch will gradually release the brake, allowing you to control the speed of the discharge.
The winch is designed for use with wire. It is supplied without wire, so remember to purchase with this. We recommend prod. no. 1028526.
