These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the online store of Hovdan-Poly AS (corporation number 979 563 094), which supplies goods and equipment to the maritime market and industry.

You must be over 18 years of age to shop. Payment is made via secure solutions provided by NETS (Visa/Mastercard). Prices are shown including VAT (25%). The amount will be deducted before the item is shipped.
Normal delivery time is 2–4 business days. Shipments are made with PostNord or another suitable carrier. Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before payment. If items are out of stock, we will contact you before delivery.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Danish Right of Withdrawal Act. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. You pay return postage. Enclose the withdrawal form (included in the package or download here ).
You have the right to complain about defects or deficiencies within two years (five years for goods with a longer expected lifespan). Report the defect in writing as soon as you discover it.
Packages that are not picked up by the deadline and are returned will be charged a fee of NOK 200 + return postage.
For corporate customers with an agreement, an invoice with a 30-day payment period applies. Other purchases are paid by card in the online store. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
We ship with PostNord, Ramberg or other suitable carrier. Shipping is invoiced afterwards and is chosen according to the size of the item and the recipient's location. Delivery is normally within one business day from the warehouse, if the item is in stock.
Goods must be inspected upon receipt before being put into use. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately and before the goods are installed, resold or used.
Returns must be arranged in advance. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the buyer's expense. Seller is free to refuse return requests.
Hovdan-Poly AS disclaims liability for events beyond our control, such as strikes, fires, natural disasters, war, illness, data breaches, closed transport routes or the like.
If there is visible damage to the packaging, you must ask the carrier to note this on the waybill before receipt. Then report the damage to us as soon as possible. We will send a new item and handle the matter further.
If an item is out of stock, we may offer a similar product. You have the full right to return the replacement item free of charge if you do not want it.
We strive for correct product data, but reserve the right to any typographical errors, price changes, currency and tax adjustments, or changes from the manufacturer.

Disputes are resolved under Norwegian law. Consumers can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority . Business customers are referred to ordinary Norwegian courts.
