Synchronizer L23 for 2 steering positions. Control of gear/speed when there are 2 steering positions and inboard engine.
- The gear cable from positions 1 and 2 goes to the same synchronizer, which in turn goes directly into the gear on the engine/drive.
- Throttle cable from positions 1 and 2 goes to the second synchronizer, which in turn goes directly into the throttle lever on the engine.
Before moving from one position to the other, the throttle must be at idle and the gear in neutral.
