Electromechanical hatch lifters for opening/closing heavy hatches on board, e.g. engine compartment hatches. Using an On-Off-On switch (e.g. 1010329) the hatch lifter is driven to the desired position. A separate safety mechanism ensures that the hatch lifter does not fail during use. Single installation lifts up to 120 kg, and double installation up to 240 kg.

The lockable version is a two-way hatch lifter that is powered by a motor both up and down, and is thus “locked” in the closed position. No hatch slamming during rough driving. Cannot be opened manually.
