X-SEAL is a universal MS Polymer-based sealant that can be used for both jointing and bonding. It can be used in humid environments, also in wet rooms, adheres to most building materials, cures quickly and becomes permanently flexible with an elasticity of 20%. It is fully certified for use in wet rooms, on facades and on glass, as well as areas exposed to mechanical stress (pedestrian traffic). It has an aesthetically pleasing surface and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The high adhesive strength of 16 kg/cm2 means that it adheres well to most surfaces.
