The Quick Balder BL2 RP is an anchor winch designed for mounting inside the boat's transom. The mounting is very flexible - the angle of the motor can be adjusted in 45-degree intervals in each direction.
Balder has automatic free fall, which releases the anchor freely to the bottom without you having to winch it down. A slight push on the control panel releases the cable lug so that the rope runs freely. The winch comes with rope lugs, which fit braided lead ropes from 12 to 16 mm. It is made of acid-resistant steel 316 and chrome-plated bronze. The motor is waterproof.
The two variants "port/X" and "starboard/Y" allow you to choose which side the cable pulley (rope pulley) should point towards. On "port/X" it points towards port, while on "starboard/Y" it points towards starboard. See the pictures for explanation.
In some of the pictures the winch is shown with Quick Autostop kit w/stainless plate. This is not included and must be ordered separately.
