Spinnaker repair tape is made of self-adhesive nylon fabric. It is ideal for reinforcing spar pockets or making temporary repairs.
When repairing a tear, the sail should be as dry and clean as practical, and lying flat. For the best protection against further tearing, tape should be applied along the entire tear, on both sides of the sail.
