Penetrating wood oil that provides excellent protection against moisture (rot), fungus, mold, algae and greening.
Normally, the colorless Textrol will be well suited. A pier is normally not cleaned that thoroughly and then the oil will darken the wood.
If you want to freshen up, you can clean with Deck Cleaner (which is biodegradable) before oiling the dock.
