The Ocean Signal rescueME EPIRB1 is a compact and easy-to-use emergency locator transmitter designed to transmit distress signals via the Cospas-Sarsat satellite system. The device has integrated GPS which provides accurate positioning and increases the chance of a quick rescue in the event of an emergency at sea.
Approved to international standards, the EPIRB1 is activated either manually or automatically upon immersion in water (if fitted in the supplied automatic bracket). The device is designed to be easy to use in stressful conditions, with a clear trigger and indicator light.
