Tri-color lantern bulb, made for tri-color lanterns with only one light bulb. The bulb shines in red, green and cool white in different directions.
The bulb has a BAY15D socket. This socket is characterized by the two small pins on the sides of the sockets being placed at different heights, and the bottom having two poles. See the sketch in the picture for an explanation.
