The Kasco De-icer ice propeller is an easy way to keep ice free around boats, docks and harbors by circulating the water. Kasco from the USA is a world-leading manufacturer of De-Icers, and has produced more than 50,000 ice propellers over the course of 30 years.
The ice propeller is hung under the dock or boat, close to the bottom. The propeller pushes the "warmer" water from the bottom up to the surface, this prevents the water on the surface from freezing. The only thing required is access to a 220 volt outlet, 1-phase.
Supplied with 10 metres of cable. The Icer should be installed as a fixed installation, not with a socket.
Vertical mounting creates a circular opening in the ice, and angled mounting creates an oval opening in the ice.

Product tips:
- If you run the De-icer with a timer, it should never run for less than 60 minutes.
- In the summer, your De-icer should be stored upside down (propeller facing the floor). This will allow the parts to be lubricated by the oil in the container.
