Jabsco's water filter has activated carbon that removes chlorine, unpleasant odors, tastes and colors from marine water systems. It uses a special silver-impregnated carbon to prevent bacterial growth in the filter bed. The filter absorbs dissolved impurities but leaves beneficial mineral salts behind, so the water is fresher and cleaner, with a more natural taste, good smell and crystal clear appearance.
The filter has reversible ports. This makes installation flexible. You can replace the filter element itself without having to drain the system.
