Isotherm Smart Energy Control is an advanced thermostat, designed to reduce energy consumption on board. The thermostat can be easily retrofitted into many of Isotherm's refrigerators and cooling solutions.
Smart Energy Control monitors several important factors of the environment inside the refrigerator. Using advanced algorithms, it calculates the optimal compressor power, so you get good cooling and the lowest possible energy consumption. It also utilizes the cooling stored in the food and drinks inside the refrigerator.
The result is up to 35% reduced power consumption due to more efficient use of the compressor, and up to 50% reduction due to the cooling stored in the refrigerator contents.
The system can be retrofitted to all Isotherm refrigerators and cooling solutions that have Secop (Danfoss) DB35 or DB50 compressors with electrical unit 101N0210/220/230. Isotherm Cruise Elegance refrigerators come specially prepared for Smart Energy Control.
