Gill OS26 is the latest model in Gill's popular OS2 Offshore range. The OS26 combines superb protection from the elements with high mobility and comfort. This provides an unbeatable combination for everything from everyday sailing to cruising rougher waters. The jacket is based on in-depth interviews with 269 sailors, as well as 140 user feedback. In other words, it is a thoroughly tested product that you can safely rely on in tough situations.
The jacket has an extra high collar with a separate rain cover, which provides extra protection against rain and sea spray. The rain cover can be rolled away when conditions allow. The jacket also has a very good hood and cuffs that prevent water from entering. The collar has soft and warm fleece on the inside, which creates high comfort. It also has smart details, such as many practical pockets and large reflectors.
The OS26 Offshore is made from 98% recycled materials, derived from plastic bottles and recycled fibers. The XPLORE® 2-layer, waterproof and breathable membrane keeps you warm, dry and comfortable. The SIELD PFC-free DWR treatment gives the jacket extreme water repellency and ensures that dirt bounces off more easily.
