Topcoat is used as a final coat on fiberglass. Can also be used for repairs to gelcoat surfaces. This Gelcoat / Topcoat from BP contains liquid wax, which settles on the surface when the topcoat hardens and makes it non-stick. 1 l of this product covers approximately 3 m2.
Gelcoat:
Gelcoat only needs hardener to be used, if you want to turn gelcoat into topcoat you must first add paraffin solution. Once this is mixed you can add hardener and you then have topcoat.
Topcoat:
Topcoat only needs hardener to be used. If you want a thinner mixture, this can be thinned with Acetone.
DO NOT ORDER PEARLS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
NB: Polyester products cannot be applied to epoxy surfaces.
