E-Series 2 is ePropulsion's 2nd generation of 48V batteries for electric boat motors. The batteries are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. They are both easy to place and easy to move. The batteries can be connected with just one hand, without tools.
The batteries are based on LiFePO4 technology. This technology allows the batteries to store enormous amounts of energy, without being extremely heavy and large. LiFePO4 is also considered the safest lithium technology.
The batteries are specially adapted to ePropulsion's electric boat motors. If desired, several batteries of the same size can be connected in parallel using the ePropulsion E-Series Communication Terminator. You can actually connect as many as 16 batteries to form a huge battery bank!
The E60 is specifically intended for use on the ePropulsion Navy 3.0 Evo and Pod Drive 3.0 Evo. The E163 is a good fit for the Navy 6.0 Evo and Pod Drive 6.0 Evo.
