Tip:
Make sure you have enough length on the anchor rope. It is recommended to lay out at least three times the depth, i.e. 30 meters of anchor line at a depth of 10 meters. If you do not have an anchor line with lead inserts, it is also recommended to use a few meters of chain at the end towards the anchor, or possibly a daumann (sink) on the anchor line, so that you have enough weight for the anchor to lie at an angle and dig in.
