Vantage Pro2 Plus measures:

The outdoor unit is powered by an integrated solar panel, and together with a backup battery, they are self-sufficient in power. The sensors deliver data wirelessly to the Weather Link Console info display. Setup and connection are therefore very simple.
The Vantage Pro2 Plus comes in two versions, with and without a fan. The fan version sends an airflow around the temperature sensor 24 hours a day, ensuring even more consistent temperature readings.
The sensor units (outdoor units) are mounted on a rod with a diameter of approximately 33 mm. This is not included. We therefore recommend purchasing a mounting tube (product no. 2346238) or a 3-foot mount (product no. 2346219). It should not be mounted on a boat, or in places where it may be exposed to sea spray.
