The Dan Bouy IOR with built-in buoyancy aid is a smart inflatable safety buoy for use in MOB (man overboard) situations. It can mark where the person fell into the water and help the person stay afloat. Straps and handles on the buoy allow the casualty to sit partially above the water and easily hold on to the buoy.
The IOR has a flag and reflectors that make it easily visible. It also has a drift anchor, which minimizes movement in the wind.
The buoy is stored in a white plastic container and is easily inflated with the built-in gas cartridge.
