Ronstan swivel splice lock typically used on dinghy and catamaran rigs for halyard, cunningham or outhaul. Made of strong and lightweight composite, and comes complete with 28 mm. ball-bearing block washer, small Ronstan splice lock and Fast Track splice runner. The washer can be moved for trim lines coming from the underside.
