The AMEC Camino 108S is a smart combination of an advanced AIS and a high-quality antenna splitter. The splitter allows you to use a single VHF antenna on both the AIS and VHF.
The AIS both sends and receives signals. You only need to connect to a PC or chartplotter, and you can see others and be seen by others. The Camino 108S can receive all types of AIS signals, and with both NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000 and USB ports, you have all the connectivity options.
