Orders are processed continuously after the item has been ordered and paid for in the online store.

Shipping price is defined in the shopping cart in the online store.

Payment: We require payment for the item before it is shipped from us to the customer.

Personal data: Hovdan Poly AS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other businesses or linked to other external registers.

Card information:
When you shop at Hovdan Poly AS, your payment is processed by NETS, a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

If there is a defect in the product, you must, within one week of discovering it, give Hovdan Poly AS written notice (e-mail or letter) that you wish to claim the defect. Hovdan Poly AS will then provide you with information on what to do next. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act (Consumer Purchase Act).

Right of withdrawal According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, the withdrawal period applies from the day the buyer received the goods and 14 days thereafter. If you want to cancel your purchase, return the goods in the same condition as you received them and enclose a completed withdrawal form (which was enclosed in the shipment), you will then receive a refund of what you have paid. The buyer pays return postage. See additional information on the withdrawal form.

Return:
Pack the items in their original packaging and place them in a suitable box along with the return form. You can use the box the items were shipped in, or another box if you wish. Close the box securely.

Prices for private individuals include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates, changes in statutory taxes or significant price changes from our suppliers. We also reserve the right to make any misprints in prices.

Regular shipments are normally sent with PostNord. Larger shipments are sent with PostNord, Ramberg or alternative carriers depending on location and size of the package.

Complete shipments are normally shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse. We try to deliver as complete as possible, which will normally take 2-4 days from when you order until you receive the goods, depending on where in the country you live. In some cases, we have to wait for ordered goods from our suppliers. You will already see when ordering if something is not in stock and needs to be ordered.
