Orders are processed continuously after the item has been ordered and possibly paid for in the online store for those who do not have a corporate agreement.

Transport: Seller chooses transport and method of transport at its best discretion. Shipping price is included on customer's invoice. We use different carriers depending on the size of the item and recipient address.

Payment: 30 days unless otherwise agreed or cash purchase is made in the online store

Personal data: Hovdan Poly AS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other businesses or linked to other external registers.

Card information:
When you shop on Hovdan Poly AS's website, your payment is processed by NETS, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.

Regular shipments are normally with PostNord, Posten or Ramberg. The size of the package and location determine which carriers are used.

Complete shipments are normally shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse. We try to deliver as complete as possible, which will normally take 2-4 days from when you order until you receive the goods, depending on where in the country you live. In some cases, we have to wait for ordered goods from our suppliers.

Upon receipt, the Buyer shall check that the goods are in accordance with the agreement and can be fully used for the Buyer's purposes. The goods shall be examined against any packing slip. The examination shall be carried out in a responsible manner based on what can be expected from the nature of the goods and the form of delivery. The inspection shall be carried out before the goods are resold, installed, or otherwise put into use.

We take responsibility for ensuring that the goods reach you in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, you must check the contents of the shipment before accepting delivery. Then make a note on the waybill and report the damage to us. We will send you new goods free of charge, and we will arrange further follow-up with the carrier.

Returns of contractual goods are only accepted after further agreement with the Seller, which the Seller may refuse at will. Goods accepted for return by the Seller must be in the same condition as upon delivery, and in original packaging where this is used for the product. Goods of the same type must be sorted in the same way as upon delivery. If a return is accepted by the Seller, shipping costs associated with the accepted return will be charged to the Buyer.

Additional costs resulting from this will be invoiced to the buyer. Larger items returned by car/boat must not be sent with "recipient pays shipping" without prior agreement with us. We have our own shipping agreements that we wish to use and will ensure that they take care of the package, if you let us know.

Prices exclude VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates, changes in statutory taxes or significant price changes from our suppliers. We also reserve the right to correct any misprints in prices.

We do our best to ensure that all stated measurements and specifications are correct. However, we experience that products are changed by the manufacturer. We must make reservations for any printing errors in the online store.

The Seller cannot be held liable for defects or delays due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, including, but not limited to, local or national labor disputes, fire, war, viruses or other serious computer attacks, military uprising, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, lack of means of transportation (closed roads/train connections, etc.), general shortages of goods, scrapping of large workpieces, lack of labor or restrictions on power supply.

The Seller shall notify the Buyer of such circumstances and their consequences within a reasonable time.

These terms of sale and delivery and any dispute that may arise between Buyer and Seller are subject to Norwegian law.

Disputes between Buyer and Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, either party may seek resolution of the dispute in ordinary Norwegian courts.
